Yes, it's Storm-horse. He is often mentioned in myths, but not always with wings.

Can I ask a favour Righon. Can you tell me what the symbols used for Perun mean: the thundermark, the six petaled flower and the swastika? Do they represent fire/lightning or something else. I would be very grateful if you could help.

On a horse harness I draw a pattern from oak leaves as the oak was considered as a tree of Perun.
Black hair associate with thunderclouds, and the lightning in the sky - says that he god of a thunder-storm.

This drawing has turned out at me more likely associative, rather than symbolical though I try to observe in it attributes of god. A thunder-storm, the iron weapon and a chain armor...
