The damselfly attacks the dragonfly “Red Baron style”, out of the sun. However, that’s not actually the sun, it’s just a bright spot in this plate of the Atlas. Which leads to the question, “Are the creatures in the Atlas aware of how their plates appear in the Atlas?” And if they are somehow aware, does that not imply that the plates of the Atlas are environments rather than just images?
