The color of this picture is so nice, actually things tend to be gray in a temple but this color is somehow natural. It's because your drawing skill is great! Do you have any tips when you decide what color you use?
Hi, I'm glad you like the picture. For this picture I stuck to a warm color pallet. I also picked a soft gray tone as my base, so nothing is too over saturated or too high in contrast which in theory should make the piece more easy on the eyes
For sure, it's really nice to be able to see and share your progress as an artist.
I love your repaint though! There is such tension! It feels eerily peaceful on the grounds of this temple, a stillness to it all. But the darker clouds in the background also shows me dynamic change that may rupture it all. This makes me really curious on what kind of story is about to take place--or perhaps have already taken place.
The colors you chose also make it really pop ahaha.
