sooo, kinda got this idea from @/berrypass : D (kinda don't wanna tag them cuz I don't wanna be annoying 😭)
I've seen them draw some art of a baby/toddler version of Mr. small, and I wanted to do my own take on it! :3
fsr, I think everyone would assume baby/toddler Steve was a girl cuz he has long hair and lashes and by which, wonders why it happen- and oh, I like to think he was quite a shy and quiet child when he was younger :0
