I don't remember the source of the background. I made these pages for myself waaay before I planned on sharing them publically ![]()
Use a mood wheel to figure out the right words for how you feel and put those words in the plumbob. When you start this page, fill out the first 3 spots, and the fill out the bottom 3 spots for how you feel afterwards.
