White House China In Dishwater

In my last fractal I replied to one of my watchers that my next fractal using this template would "jump the shark" , meaning that I have done so many from this template already that I would have to do something extra special and different, and quite probably that it would be the Last of its kind (Grand Julian-based).

So this is my Jumping the Shark, and please do not read anything political into the title, because the institution of the American Presidency and the grandeur of the White House and its dining room is greater than any administration which occupies it. Simply, where would you expect to find such beautiful custom china such as this, except in the White House? There it rests in the bottom of a commercial size stainless steel sink surrounded by chargers, with colorful garnish drifting in the water beside it. Such beauty must be shared, regardless what it reminds one of!
