Antes de tudo o DA é algo que perdeu o rumo à um tempo atrás, talvez de dois anos para cá tem se vindo a agravar. A meu ver já não se sabe bem o que é que o DA pretende. Já não é um site de arte mas para um híbrido entre uma rede criativa com uma rede social, tentando roubar coisas de um lado e de outro, mas a meu ver n satisfaz razoavelmente qualquer uma das categorias. E as duas nem coexistem muito bem. Ou se quer brincadeira ou algo mais sério, as duas coisas dificilmente podem coexistir.  Eu percebo ( ou intuo ) que o propósito de DA é algo monetário, e com o boom do Facebook quer tornar-se algo social, mas com isso está a perder o que realmente interessa arte, debatê-la, critica-la, etc. O DA nunca será um facebook, por duas razões: primei

Para primeiro capítulo, até acho que está muito bom, diversidade de estilos e qualidade, estando limitado ao número de participantes e tendo em conta dos que realmente participaram no pack, acho que dificilmente poderia ser muito melhor.
Próximo passo,recrutar mais artistas,fotográfos, enfim pessoas que respirem arte. A longo prazo estão  algumas coisas na gaveta, sendo que algumas nem o staff desconfia. Apotese pretende ser um local onde pode respirar arte em Português. Pode parecer pequeno, mas este primeiro significa o começo de uma aventura, para o abismo dirão uns, para a mudança dirão outros, mas o que é importante reter é que tudo começou por algum lado. E que melhor tema, para começar, que não fosse, Zero.  Para mostrar este foi o nosso primeiro capitulo, deste longo livro que será a Apoteose, uma espécie de prelúdio para o que se avizinha.

Sou um bandido disse que fazia umas coisas com umas meninas e ainda não fiz.Não fiz porque o tempo tem sido escasso, existe muita coisa para fazer e só tem um escravo que por acaso tem o mesmo nome que eu. As três meninas em causa são a carolina a, daniela e a Mara ( acho que não me estou a esquecer de ninguém). A Mara já fiz duas imagens e vou fazer pelo menos mais uma, mas esqueci-me da passe do mail da yahoo xD, sou um bandalho, se mandar o mail para o meu gmail ( o que eu uso com tanta frequência quanto respiro, como tenho asma as coisas por vezes até se desiquilibram para o lado do gmail :)

I've recently started my own website with a blog attached to it where everything I do will kinda come together: from my photography to my advanced edits and photomanips to stock (blog posts with stock usually link here, BUT there is a little extra available each time) and of course tutorials.
I plan on coming back to doing video tutorials, too. I already got some new audio gear and hopefully that'll take care of my noise problem ^^; Won't take care of my time problem, but hey ;)

Vector traced anime
It has been a pet-peeve of mine for a very long while now, and as much as I've tried ignoring the problem but it doesn't seem to be getting any better, and frankly I am very confused about dA's rules concerning the matter. As far as I can see the rules seem to be in contradiction with other rules of DeviantArt.
I am talking about Vector tracing.
I had written a journal entry regarding this matter some time ago and there was some confusion as to what I was really getting at.
I am sick and tired of searching the Deviant Art archives for certain anime titles only to receive literally hundreds of Vector drawings that are nothing more than traces of either official art, screenshots or magazine scans. I am not referring to Vector tracings of photographs, or things sketched by hand first, or collaborations where one person drew the image and another person vectorized it. I am referring specifically to vector traces of anime scree

These are the standard icons that you may experience.
The following steps will show you how to apply them:
1. Download the icons (if already downloaded skip to 2).
2. Once downloaded extract the icons (if compressed in a zip/rar file otherwise go on to step 3) using a decompression utility such as Winzip or Winrar. Extract the icons to a directory such as "Harddrive > windows > icons" or any directory you wish.
3. Next, locate the folder or shortcut who's icon you wish to change. Right click on this folder/shortcut and select "Properties" in the menu that appears.
4. Wait for the Properties dialog window to open.

Long Exposure TutorialThis tutorial is for everyone who loves the magic of night photography, surreal effects, use of lights, and long exposures even at daylight! Or just for everyone who wants to try this section of photography. I used some of my own pictures as examples for the topics I am talking about. Every picture has the EXIF/camera data, so you can see how I took this photo!
Photography at night
The easiest way and also the cheapest to get long exposures is to take photos at night. The whole photography is a triangle: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_fxbalKKB9mw/ScJbsMEPLLI/AAAAAAAAAlo/fV7m4syiOvw/s320/Exposure+Triangle.gif To get the right exposure, shutter speed, aperture and ISO are the main parts. If you have less light, open the aperture and ISO and shutter speed are constant. If you use a higher ISO you can keep your shutter speed and your aperture, and if you use a slower shutter speed (longer exposures) you can keep the ISO and the aperture! And this is what we need for night photography!

What exactly is art theft?
Art theft, quite simply, is the theft of art.
I think that different people will have different interpretations of what exactly “theft” is based on things such as their personal morals or their own copyright policies. For example, reposting an image that’s not yours on another site, but not claiming it as your own, might be viewed as art theft by some people and by others, sharing the image in an attempt to bring more attention to it.
The watermark
I watermark all my images because I’m trying to prevent my work from getting stolen. I understand watermarking an image with text or a logo adds the possibility of taking away from the image and preventing a viewer from fully enjoying it. And I’m alright with that. But I do try to not overdo it and take too much away from the image.
I normally put my URL at the bottom of my photos in a relatively small font size. But since it would be very easy to simply crop
