To me the question itself is not stupid, but I find it stupid when people ask me things instead of looking or just reading the answer up on their own especially when the answer is listed on the same page they are asking me. I had this happen really a lot on my species sheet or my species group. I know there is much information but not as much as it seems, or to compose yet people prefer to ask instead of just read. That is kinda annoying and stupid of the person who asks. But I answer anyway. When I would get snappy over it, it would cause unnecesary drama and that´s not what I want to happen. I had it happen when I was working in jobs or lived with the my dad and his new wife, I asked things because I just didn´t know them and they were blaming me for not knowing it and how stupid I must be when someone of my age doesn´t know such things already. To me the questions were not stupid either, but not everyone can know everything and some people don´t make the same experience at a certain age like other people.
Sometimes it depends on the context. If say a certain question has been asked numerous times, it is a little stupid to ask the exact same one if only you had been paying attention the first times others were talking. Or like, asking something where the answer is staring you in the face. Those are what I call brain farts, and we all experience them sometimes
Hmm yeah I think there are stupid questions but my take on that comes in the form of someone being stubborn and already knowing the answer but asking anyways kinda thing, if it's genuinely something you don't know then it's never a stupid question imo because you're learning!
LOL we've all went to google for something silly before X'D I tend to treat my parents as Google 8'D Once I couldn't find a water bottle that was on the tablet a few centimetres away from me. All because i was eating a hamburger that was blocking the bottle from my view ;;
