Escape, except, accept, aluminum, schedule, and luxury. Oh! And pretty much any of those number words like sixth, seventh, eighth, etc. Just too many consonants in a row.

English is my first language but at the moment I cannot pronounce Sixth.

It's because of heavy dental gear but it annoys the shit out of me >,<

"Similar" Seems to be my word xD. I grew up in a backwoods kind of place so I had bad pronunciation habits.

For me, it's definitely Asked.

It may just be a lisp of some kind. To me it always comes out wrong: "Ass-K-Th"

"Hello. That person asked me a few questions. Asked. ASKED. Assed? EHHHHH.

I don't really have any problems pronouncing a word, if I've heard it before. no one can expect anyone to correctly pronounce a word they've never heard spoken correctly, right? the only words that I beat myself over how to pronounce them are the ones I've only ever read, or heard without connecting it to the written word. for example, before I heard miscellaneous and read it in the same context, I always pronounced it something like miscalluous.

Worcestershire. ;~;

I grew up in the South (USA), so it's always been super hard for me to spell AND pronounce. I had to google the spelling just now.

Like... is it WORST-er-sheer? WORST-ih-shire? WOOST-eh-sheer? Any combination of these? NOBODY IN THE SOUTH CAN AGREE.

And like, Gloucester is GL-OWW-stir, right? So is it WORST-sheer instead? I JUST DON'T KNOWWW. -sobs-

Omg that's a tough word indeed 8'D When I first glanced at it, I thought it's pronounced like WORK-est-er-shire X'D
Saying those words many times in a row very quickly would be a pretty good tongue twister :'D

Lol no but I often find that I know the word written, but my pronunciation turns out to be absolutely /horrendous/. It's embarrassing. English isn't my first language.
