We had this type of talent in America back in the 1980s. Then all the corporations poisoned the youth and they aren't capable of this kind of talent anymore.
I know of an artist with an Arist Beware posting that's been going on for 20 years! She doesn't offer commissions, but tricks people into trusting her with the elite art skills she has and her affable personality lures the victim into losing either a few hundred or a thousand dollars after they have paid via Paypal when the buyer has waited over a certain amount of time. She would just "Munchausen" her victims by playing herself as the bigger victim of either real or faked life crises she made up on social media and get friends as actors to fake a problem to bilk people into giving her more money. Then she started creating fake Twitter accounts of a "manger" to bilk people again after publicly apologizing for theft of funds and never created artworks to make a clone of what she was doing before.
This artist's name is Vani/Luxebytes. She has posts on AB Livejournal.
