Description
The Fallout hype is getting me too. I'm counting the days until Fallout 4, I'm playing Fallout Shelter on my phone, and I'm giving Fallout 3 another playthrough. And I dug a Mini Munny out of the closet and started painting a ghoul.
I took his look mostly from the Fallout 3 and New Vegas feral ghouls, but there's a bit of old-school ghoul in him too.
