Pretty easy, actually. I just cut the arms, then put them in the position I wanted using thick wire, then used putty to reconstruct the missing parts. If you look at the elbows, you can see I didn't get a perfect match with the paint - mine is more pink and less orange. The rest is just drilling holes and inserting nails.

Well, shit. Thanks, man! I guess I'd better drag my moldy carcass back into my studio.  I gotta get back to work on Mary.
