As stated by Nick Jr, Bubble loves watching in Program, A Spanish Girl was Dora the Explorer, it shows a character was Swiper from Dora The Explorer He loves to Swipe Dora and her Friend's Property Stuffs They force to says Swiper No Swiping! for 3 times & Swiper's catchphrase says "Oh Men!" & He shoo's away gone. Like WTH?! 
. Also, I'm pretty sure Bubbles would take this seriously and would even beat up Swiper for swiping stuff off kids shows this, despite her love fKids Shows. She would even punch him to death for Swiping poor Dora & Boots Friends and helpless Dora who is having her explorer in her Adventures, Sneeky Fox, while she angrily calls him a 'bad Sneeky Fox'.
