Description
Rotation 360° GIF animation | YouTube interactive 360° video
I made another 360° room. I used my template for both of these.
Last time I worked with the inktober theme "angular" and this time, it was "swollen". And it is somewhat swollen, right? Equirectangular projection is weird.
I actually messed up with this one and the drawing wouldn't connect to the other end when I put it together digitally, so I had to make some corrections in post. I think it should work.
So, yes, you might remember I did a bathroom as a 360° animation once, but it was a completely digital creation. I knew it would be possible to make it work traditionally if I printed out the gridlines in a way that would still make individual lines recognisable. So, I tried it aaand... yeah, I like it.
My process for filling up the room was:
- Try to not have an empty wall
- I know I like to look up and down in 360° videos, so make sure something is there (table and wood ceiling)
- This doesn't make sense without 3D objects, let's add some furniture
Now, with this and with last time's drawing, I wonder what else I can do with pre-printed perspective lines, but I didn't find anything I could do without accessories (but that doesn't mean I give up).

This is great. I previously knew about 360 editing, but I had no idea how it worked. I just tested this in Affinity Photo, and it worked the same way as in your video.
Since you said that it's okay to share, I'd like to make a Twitter post of this. And no worries, I'll credit you.
