Allright, so yes, I'm back after a five month forced hiatus due to complete and utter computer FAILURE... >_> But things are looking up again, whoo hoo! Cold weather was NOT conducive to sculpting progress... So sculpting work was on hiatus mostly during that time as well... Good news is, these past two weeks I've been working on Corshier again. Had to re-sculpt her arms completely over again and am SO glad I finally buckled down and did that. Drilled them earlier and now I just need to make the peanut for the double-jointed arms. (About to do that now, as a matter of fact...) Sanded one of her legs, did some hole adjustments, and p...

Back and around-ish!

Okay, so, back from my holiday (WAS A BLAST-ish), obviously, but been tooooo busy playing catch-up to post any of my pictures from Halloween, meep! Will get around to it, promise! In the meantime, have been working on NaNoWriMo, been sucked up by life in general, and finishing up Corshier who, by the by, happens to be looking awesome! She's currently temp. strung together and sitting up in front of me. I'm so totally spazzing, I'm happy. I just need to finish up both of her arms, re-sculpt one knee, and give her some ears for her basic construction to be completed! After that, it's TONS of fine-tuning, but no complaints here. =spazz...

Gone for the Weekend, Wh0000000~

Okay, so, I'm leaving tomorrow to head up to my sister's college to spend the weekend with her. I won't be heading back until Sunday sometime. So... no Tas-Tas for a bit. Kah'z is coming with me, and so is the nearly finished Corshier. May take Rem with me as well just for the heck of it to show off to all my sister's friends who have been showing a keen interest in her dollfie talk, lol! Found out on a fluke that there's a monthly doll meet up that takes place 15 minutes from her school and it happens to be meeting this Saturday. Talk about timing! We have every intention of going, as long as we can figure the bus system out enough...

Oh, you are most welcome! I love seeing what hand made creations others make and can't wait to see how yours come out when they're all finished. I love your Yuri's lips and nose. ^_^
Speaking of which, I told myself I was spending today finishing up my little girl! *facepalms* I have to drill the arm holes in the elbows so that I can fit a peanut better for the double-jointing... and instead I'm messing around on the computer, haha! Ah well, will get there. ^_~
Anyway, will be awaiting the continuation of your gentlemen.

I think lips are both easy and hard. I enjoy sculpting them, but they frustrate me. >_<; So I love me some cute lips, hehe!
Drilling... Sometimes you just have to go at it! lol! Though, at times, drilling on this dolly has made me feel a bit sadistic... O_o; la la laaaaa.... The more you work with it, though, the less scary it feels and the more confident you become. ^_^
Arms are finished being drilled... RAWR! I pre-strung them together just now to see how she looked et al, but she still doesn't have the elbow joints yet. I'm totally spazzing with gleeeeee, hehehe ^__^ Worked on one of her legs a bit, too, then the dremel battery started dying... (cordless dremel) So taking a break again it seems.
