Chakra Test - Root Red

So before my year long hiatus I was working on developing my skill in the digital painting area.

I remembered that XD

Working from scratch I wanted a few elements to work on. One faces, big time. I also wanted to make similar facial structures in male and female. I guess these two could be sis and bro lol. Also different hair styles. Metal gold, that orb effect thang...

And in the colour red. The idea behind that is like the chakras. Each main chakra has a colour it's associated with.

Without getting too long winded [I haven't had tea either] The root chakra is like the roof over your soul. It is about survival and the basic of needs. It's....I guess primal? Also sits the kundalini energy....serpent type energy that winds its way up through the other chakras......but I'm not getting into that. Well anyway it sits at the lowest point of the body at the tail bone thereabouts. There are seven main chakras.

My goal is to do a piece like this for each chakra with a colour theme and testing things out, effects etcetera. Also for you I'll include any tutorials or inspirations that went along with this piece!
