Hello everyone (or everypony, whichever you prefer)!
It's been a while since I posted anything here, but I assure you I haven't just been being lazy and slacking off. (Though I did do some of that too)
No, I've been busy chasing, and accomplishing, not one, but two of my life goals.
First off, what took up a majority of my time was participating in the Equestria Daily Writer's Training Ground, which meant that I wrote a MLP fanfiction at least 1000 words long every week. I wrote a total of 18 stories for the event, but just doing that was not, in fact, my goal. Ever since I created my fimfiction account in 2012 I've been trying to write a story that would be good enough to get in the Featured Box on the front page, and just a couple weeks ago I FINALLY DID IT!!! My story, "Spike Swallowed a Book" appeared briefly in the Featured Box and I can't even describe how excited and proud I am to have finally accomplished that goal.
But that's not even the most exciting thing that's happened to me since I last posted. Oh no, there's something infinitely cooler that happened to me which I didn't entirely consider to be a life goal simply because I didn't believe it could ever possibly happen, BUT IT DID! Way back in February, my hero, the one and only futzi01 sent me a note inviting me to work on a Flash game collaboration project we was setting up! Can you believe it? I actually got to work together with the person I have aspired to be ever since I first started working with Flash!!! I have no words to describe how happy that made me, other than to say that my life is now basically complete.
Oh, and if you're curious about what it is we made, you might have already seen it. It's this: <da:thumb id="451330706"/>
So there you have it. That's basically all I've been working on: writing, and making a flash game for futzi.
Now that I'm done with both of those things, I'll probably start working on some of my own stuff to post. I don't have anything specific I'm working on right now but I'll probably think of something soon enough.
Thanks for being patient! See you around!
