Toxic wasn't always a... monster, he actually had normal parents and was a normal canine but when he still was a little puppy, he somehow got lost in a abandoned nuclear power station. He wouldn't have survived for long, if he didn't drink the radioactive liquids and he stayed there 'cause he liked the silence and atmosphere, soooo the grown up Toxic looks like this c:}
