It's... Ducktor Jekyll and Mallard Hyde
Speaking of... before he did his modern version of Sherlock Holmes Steven Moffat made an interesting modern version of Jekyll and Hyde called Jekyll. It puts an interesting spin on the tale and also has some brilliant acting by James Nesbitt. It loses a bit of steam at the end, but the first episodes are awesome.
