I saw Dead Bob at NYRF 2016 when I was working there in hospitality.  He's unfiltered and rather juvenal in his humor, but because of creative anachronism, I guess the parents are okay with letting their kids be a little corrupted by fair workers.

Dead Bob is great because he is reviving the dying art of "family" humor. Where there's fart jokes for the kids, and adult humor that zooms over the kids heads but gets the teens squirming next to their parents when they accidentally laugh at the sex jokes!

Shreck is really one of the last "family" style movies I can recall... These days movies are either for kids, or for adults... the blend has been lost :(

You have not seen Road to El Dorado then.  The blend HAS INDEED been lost, except in recent movies like The Boxtrolls, Song of the Sea, and Kubo and the Two Strings.

Oh awesome! What weekend was this?

I have a Unicorn quad suit, and would love to get a couple of shots with you if you plan on being there this year! :3

This yeas waaay back in the day (2010) and so I've lost track of which weekend it was on :(

I do everything in my power to make it to the halloween and fantasy weekends. I also especially like the christmas weekend. I tend to prefer the ones near the end of the season mostly because of the cooler weather makes the suit 100 times more comfortable (I'm sure you understand, afterall your fur surely traps heat even better than my latex and fabric.

I was actually referencing your Unicorn quadsuit yesterday! I'm in the process of making a new head for the red dragon. Optimally this one will be made completely by me as I get a lot of flack for having used a latex base even if it's HEAVILY modified and only barely recognizable once I'm threw with it....

I'll be in East Texas this weekend with my suit actually for a St Patties Day party I'm throwing. If you don't have anything planned and want to join a bunch of college age/recent graduated kids for some revelry on my familys private property let me know! About 80% of them are anime fans, the rest are rennies or outdoorsie types. They're ALL gamer types or gamer friendly.

I'll be bringing my dragon suit to do a photoshoot in the woods. It would be great to get your unicorn out there as well!

Hope this doesn't come off as too fast, I'm just throwing the option out there.

BUT as far as this year goes you can keep track of when/where the dragon will be appearing on my sites convention list: [link]
Green means I'm going even if the world explodes. Black means tenatively planned. Red means scheduling conflict.
If ya got any suggestions for additional places to make appearances I'm always in the market for those!
