A detailed map of europe done in a vintage style. This map combines a political map with a topographic map and a railroad map.

This map is available as a wall art poster which would be the perfect decoration for your home, office or classroom. The vintage style makes this artwork more warmer and inviting than more sterile and clean types of art.

Buy this as a 34 x 36 inch print to get the accurate scale of 1:8.500.000.

Nice style. This map seems to follow the traditional Russian color scheme? (I mean the colors chosen for the countries.)

It's a wonderfull map, but russian occupied regions (Transnistria, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Nagorno-Karabagh) of independent sovereign countries (Republic Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaidjan), should not be on this map, as if they would hold real statehood !

They are de facto independent and the countries who hold the areas de jure are not able to exercise sovereignty there. I feel that including them would give the most descriptive map. By including them on the map I have not decided whether their claim to statehood is valid.

This map should not be seen as a political statement.

You don't have a label on Bosnia and Herzegovina, I had to look up Sarajevo to remind myself what country it was the capitol of. Other than that, it is a truly beautiful map, lovingly done. I congratulate you on all your hard work on this gorgeous piece.

Amazing!! Could you do one of 1914 Europe? I'd love to have that on my wall! ;)

Really fine map! Like the detail that you've chosen the "all or none" approach with the non-recognized de-facto independent states and gone with the former. I guess the Sovereign Military Order of Malta would the only one missing, and perhaps Sealand, but then again, you can't get all you wish for. XD Great map nonetheless! :)
