Hi all, just thought Id update my journal seeing as its been gathering dust for the past couple of months.
Firstly, it is now officially the start of my summer as my exams finished last week. Ive got a lot planned and 10 weeks of freedom has never felt so good. Most importantly, its less than a week until I go to the British grand prix :D. I cannot put into words how excited I am. Im also heading to Brooklands this Sunday for the start of the Cannonball supercar rally, so Ill be sure to take lots of pictures :). My 16th birthday is also not far away, and Im very much looking forward to that too.
It's official, there's only 138 days until I travel down to Silverstone for the British Grand Prix! I'm about to explode with excitement :D God knows how dangerously excited I will be when the tickets actually arrive in the post. I'm scared to even imagine it.
I've also had a little trip down memory lane today. On our way to Northampton my mum and I took a detour to the Mercedes-Benz High Performance Engines factory (in simpler terms: that posh, expensive-looking place where they make F1 engines). Well obviously Christmas and New Year has been and gone. My Christmas was pretty much perfect. It was snowing, our house was full of beautiful decorations, I got amazing presents and, you guessed it, lots of yummy food! :D My parents even bought me 3-day tickets to the 2010 British Grand Prix!!
