A set of Photoshop brushes made up of various special effects. This is something a bit different than your traditional "stamped" Photoshop brush. These have various effects added to them to make them look different as you paint or draw with them.

Included: grungy type effects, overlapping circles, various glowing dots, splotches, glitters, etc.
