Make It Look Easy

My first piece for 2020 West Schaaf Gallery's 2019 Spring Show. Make It Look Easy is a collage of hand cut scrapbooking paper based on the James Bond film Casino Royale. I reworked this image from a piece I did for my Independent Study course as an undergraduate nearly ten years ago. Working through this series I learned quite a bit about the patterns and recurring elements in James Bond posters, and I even came up with a list of "rules" that James Bond poster art follows.
