Lego Arwing

So! This is what I intended for Lego "May"nia this month. I completed it basically at the 11th hour and I kept putting it off. So I hoped to get something else done for the month but this is all I got. Which I'm fine with.
I always wanted to make a lego Arwing. I think what held me back years before was the lack of blue slanted pieces. But I have... enough. Ish. So I got the latest X-wing last to help me with this. I'm not big on Star Wars, but it's nice to get space ships for pieces. Though I gotta say, I like the Arwing better than any Star Wars thing. Maybe it's the blue, I don't know.
For a moment I had contemplated on whether or not to make the ship grey or white. But I was looking at the 64 version of the ship as that's the most iconic I suppose. There's plenty of better renditions of Arwings in lego from other people, but I just threw this in the mix because I can. As it is I got a bit lazy in some areas. I never had a real plan for the bottom. I'm sure I coulda made more accurate wings.(I didn't secure them both as finding another 4x1 with a flat middle was too inconvenient lol) I doubt this has the structural integrity for an official lego set. Especially with how getting the bottom blue parts on were an afterthought. My proudest accomplishment, though: Was getting firing missiles on the model. Fun! Sadly I didn't actually fire them at the bio weapon and it's still terrorizing the house.
My brother's werewolf head piece was the closest thing I could get to Mccloud.
