Here's a PDF of the Canada Day invitiation that I made for this years annual Canada Day party. This year I burned 25 CDs, and made custom covers. This PDF doesn't accurately represent what the finished product looked like - and the screenshot is crappy. So you'll have to go and check out that PDF. :) (Smile) I do my page layout primarily in QuarkXPress 5, and most graphics in Photoshop 7. Any vector or logos I do in Illustrator 10. I try to put a lot of thought into these invitations, and I try to make them unique. This years definately stood out - as many people said it was the coolest invitation they'd ever received. Which made me feel pretty good because I spent a lot of time on these.

Hell, I spent a lot of time planning the party period. :P (Lick)

I like the design, but I have some suggestions for you for posting such things.

1. I don't recommend PDF's. DA+PDF=trouble on lots of computers. Try exporting a jpg from the pdf.

2. If you're going to use a screenshot from Quark, turn off your guides (F7). It makes for a much more visibly pleasing image.

But enough bitching from me. Nice use of white space. Thank god, someone else understands simplicity! Good work.
