I hope you like it!
She asked for either her OC, or Applejack practicing her lasso skills. I decided I'll do both! Her OC is simply too adorable to not draw.
Plus, she's drawing MY dumb OC, so it's only fair I draw hers! XD (that came out wrong)
But anyways, THIS. Oh god this. This was a pain.
I spent at least two hours colouring it with nice gradients, and I even coloured the lines... so it can save looking like this: sta.sh/0egxk6r0ncj NO IDEA WHY! It's never done that before! Ever!
So, angrily, I did it all over again...
I also figured I'd show y'all this. This is what my scans look like before I pretty 'em up: fc02.deviantart.net/fs71/f/201…
I just smooth it out using a filter ('cause my scanner makes it look all grainy), and adjust the black and white levels so it's all clean.

Technique Impactfrom first impressions this picture is just, wow, of all the words I could think of wow popped up first, I think it really "shows off" Applejacks skill on the lasso, giving this image a good look to it. The vision was a trade and gift for a fellow artist, which must have made them happy about it, plus there's 4TH WALL BREAKING, I don't ever see this in an Applejack only image, making it original, the technique is as always at the standard I expect from you Apporos, which is good quality and beautiful to look at, the impact it had on me was all the little details you added, like gripping the rope with her hoof, the force she must've used to knock her hat off, the fourth wall breaking. Amazing
