Description

New recruits into the Legion of the Galaxy (Guardians of the Galaxy + Legion of Super Heroes).

Top Row, L-to-R:

Super-Spider:
Amalgamation of: Spider-Man 2099 + Valor
Real Name: Miguel O’Gand
Biography: Miguel O’Gand was a scientist working for Solarmax, the energy corporation run by R.J. Stone (Tyler Stone + R.J. Brande). Miguel was also looking to cure himself of the deadly street drug Daxure (Rapture + Daxam), which was created long-ago by the terrorist group HUNDRA (HYDRA + 100). Studying the drug’s molecular structure, he found that it was synthesized from the DNA of the alien species Kreetonian (Kree + Kryptonian). Using a sample of kreetonite, a radioactive ore that harms Kreetonians, Miguel created a ray gun that would burn out every drop of Daxure in his cells. Meanwhile, a competitive co-worker named Hal Delgato (Aaron Delgato + Halk Kar), who secretly got Miguel hooked on the drug to surpass him, tried to sabotage the laser by replacing the sample of Miguel’s DNA in the machine’s processor with the DNA of a spider. The combination of the spider DNA, the alien DNA in the drugs, and the radiation not only cured him, but gave him superhuman powers. After recovering in the hospital, R.J. Stone invited him to join Solarmax’s superhero team, the Legion of the Galaxy.
Powers: Superhuman strength/speed/agility/durability/stamina/senses; absorption of yellow sun light and conversion of it into strength; projection of organic webbing from forearms; x-ray and laser vision; extension and retraction of poisonous talons from fingers and toes; telescopic vision; flight; wall-crawling; his costume is made of a self-repairing fabric; the only drawback to Miguel’s genetic rewrite is that his biology is weakened by contact with lead.

White Sorceress:
Amalgamation of: Strange 2099 (Sorceress Supreme) + White Witch
Real Name: Mysa Strange
Biography: Mysa Strange ran away from home when her burgeoning connection to the magical forces resulted in the death of her brother. Seeking a way to control her magics she came to Neotropolis, New York in search of the legendary Sanctum of Fate (Sanctum Sanctorum + Tower of Fate). When she found the Sanctum, Mysa found that it had become a cemetery for magical beings slain in the Great Disaster. She was contacted by the spirits of two magicians: the good-hearted Ravothyst (Ravonna + Amethyst) and the malicious Dark Baron Mordu (Baron Mordo + Dark Lord Mordru). Mysa’s body became the host for these two spirits, in exchange for magical training. Mysa became the magical heroine White Sorceress, a member of the LotG, while she strives to become the first in 1000 years to claim the title of “Sorcerer Supreme.”
Powers: Trained by the spirits of both Ravothyst and Mordu, Mysa is a powerful sorceress who, so far, manifested her magicks as flight, energy blasts, shape-changing, force fields, and teleportation. Two drawbacks to her powers are that new spells can take up to hours for her to learn and that when she uses black spells taught by Mordu she risks turning evil.

Real Name: Jake Armorr
Biography: Jake Armorr was the son of a Japanese crime lord, and he lost his family when their building was attacked by a rival gang. The Science Eye soldiers (Public Eye + Science Police) managed to save 5-year-old Jake’s life, and he vowed to become powerful enough to fight evil. For the following decade Jake trained under many martial arts teachers on Earth and other planets, master all known combat styles and melee weapons. At age 16 he joined the Legion of the Galaxy as the deadly Punish Kid.

She managed to convince them that the corporation heads are the real criminals, and she provided them with physical evidence she collected. The Legion and the Science Eye were able to shut down their illegal weapons production, and Pauline (now codenamed Ravagess) joined the LotG.
Powers: Superhuman strength/durability/stamina/senses; accelerated healing; horns, fangs and orange skin; energy blasts.

He downloaded his brain into an techno-organic guard-bot, which he modified beyond its original design to defend himself. The robotic shell partially took on his appearance, and he added a holographic flame to intimidate his oppressors. Originally incarcerated for a crime he didn’t commit, he disassembled the corrupt facility and freed the prisoners. Swearing vengeance against the vile D/Star Corporation, Izor became Ghost Gear, the Legion of the Galaxy’s newest recruit.
Powers: The ability to transform his flesh into techno-organic tools and weapons; the ability to telepathically control computer systems.

Nite-Devil:
Amalgamation of: Daredevil 2099 + Shadow Lass

Unable to live down her family’s long history of greed and violence, she decided to become a superhero. Inspired by the legends of the Bosspin’s enemy Dr. Dare (Daredevil + Dr. Mid-Nite), she used genetic engineering to give herself superpowers. With the power to create total darkness, Tasmia became the LotG member codenamed the Nite-Devil.

He allied with them against a terrorist group that sought to use the technology for their own purposes, but was nearly killed when the society’s facility self-detonated. The force of the explosion mixed Ron’s genetics with the genetics found in the tomb of the Green Nova Bruce Jordan, which gave Ron superpowers similar to Bruce as the monstrous Green Giant (Hulk + Green Lantern). As the Jade Giant, Ron joined the Legion of the Galaxy to master his powers, with the hopes of creating a new Green Nova Corps.
Powers: Superhuman size/strength/speed/stamina/durability/senses/healing. Fangs and claws.
