The second-in-command of a large banking firm, Lisa--known as "Ms. Chen" by her subordinates--is a woman who takes her important job very seriously. Being that a lot of her time is spent in long meetings, typing up documents and reports, and exchanging emails, many of her workers tend to not see her that often, but she will occasionally make her own rounds to ensure that everything is operating as they should. She has little patience for workers who don't pull their weight, and she prefers to terminate especially troublesome employees herself. Either with a trip to Human Resources, or--in the case of their special employees--a meeting with the bottom of her shoe.

Although her company has a somewhat rigid dress code, she is most often seen wearing thong sandals even with her business suit. She prefers the comfort of those sandals, and only wears heels when absolutely necessary. Of course, people are wise enough to not make a fuss about her choice in footwear.

Lisa spends what free time she gets in jazz clubs and in art galleries, and has traveled to almost every continent at least once. Due to her work, she has never married or bore children, but she isn't bothered by this much.
