LATE DECEMBER, 36 BC FINNICK It was time. It had been over a couple of moon cycles since he and Friday had begun talking again and...while they weren't putting official "titles" on things...both of them knew what they were to one another.  And he was ready to take that next step. Finally, at least. Even though he had asked her initally in a roundabout way and asked for a redo he...did consider her to be his "girlfriend" what have you. Especially since they'd been talking and hanging out considerably more in the past two months. Now, he sat, waiting. Having set up some lights and lanterns with blankets on one of the verandas of the upper district in the city. He'd even bothered wearing his nicer collar.  FRIDAY Friday skipped as she made her way through the city — well…skipped may not have been exactly what she was doing, but she was finally moving faster and with slightly less of a limp than she had been. There was a chance she looked odd to any onlookers, but she didn’t care.
