Hey All!
This is an Eleanor (I love its name ) and this picture was made of a reference: [link]
This drawing was given to my boyfriend as a gift. Originally to his B-day, but I didn't have enough time (you know, my final exams) so he receive this gift on our anniversary.
This was a very hard thing to draw this car, but I had fun making some details
Tools: graphit pencils 2H, H, HB, 2B, 3B, 4B, 6B (KOH-I-NOOR ©), eraser
Time: 2 weeks

First off, you did do an excellent job making this recognizable as Eleanor, so good job on that. Your shading is well done, and you effectively used a very wide range of values in a convincing way. Your reflections really give a true sense of depths and curves in the bodywork. The car also seems to obey perspective very well, which can be very difficult to do, so good job on that.
However, there are a few things that I must say could use improvement, starting with what I find to be the most off, the wheels. Although you did a good job on the front right (furthest to the left from where we're looking at it) wheel, the perspective is off on the front left and it looks much too thin given the width of the other two tires. The rim on that wheel also doesn't look quite round. The rear wheel also looks off, specifically, the tire doesn't appear round; it looks like it has been overpumped at the bottom. The contact spot, where the wheel meets the ground, should be flat and it's not on that tire. However, that said, the perspective on both rims looks good, so good job on that.
The other two things I'd say are off are 1: The roof, which is too rounded for a 1967 Mustang (and I found the reference photo you used, so I can say that with confidence) and 2: The front of the car looks warped slightly (and I understand how easy that is to do, I've done it myself several times). By "warped", I mean it looks as though the front (and specifically the bottom lip of the hood and the top of the front bumper) is bent slightly downward toward the driver's side. One other minor issue is that the A-pillar on the driver's side should remain the same width all the way up, and it widens on yours toward the top.
I gave you your highest rating in Impact, because as I said previously, you did a masterful job on shading, and it makes the drawing really pop. I gave you the lowest rating in Technique, because your wheels really didn't live up to the standard you set with the rest of the drawing and they really detracted from the overall piece. If they looked more round, I would put a higher rating.
All in all, excellent job on this! I understand how hard it is to draw cars, and so I can appreciate how much hard work you put into this.
