Aurals have a very detailed history and alot of what is here is told orally and passed down through generations. This is also a very generalized format, with so much more going on in between the main events. You can use the events to RP! You can have your Aurals story take place in any age!

Age 1: Creation

Years 1-5: Aurals have been created and have been left to roam all over Najwa by the Gods. They are learning what they are and who they are as a species.

Year 10: The existing clans map out neutral areas and create the rules of the neutral areas.

Year 20: They devise the Najwarian Guard Clan so that the neutral areas can be guarded and rogue Aurals can be kept in check.

Years 6-100: A relative time of peace as Aural’s are far and in between. There is enough food to go around and no need to fight.

Age 2
: The War of Gods

Year 110: Senka the Black Witch wipes out a population of innocent Aurals to prove they are worthless. They should all be powerful; they should all have the Energy. This causes retaliation from the Warriors, they then set chase to Senka

Years 111- 130: The weather is out of whack. Earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, and volcanoes ravage land. Very few mortal Aurals remain when Senka is banished to the Underworld for good. She can no longer set foot onto mortal land.

Year 113: A mortal, Alpha Magnus takes over the Najwarian guard clan after half of it is wiped out during an earthquake. He starts to spread word of the Gods being careless and vain. Aurals are keen to believe it after what is happening.

Year 115: Alpha Magnus has amassed a vast number of Aurals. He’s going after clan after clan, telling them to drop their beliefs or die. During a time of great pain and bloodshed, there is even more. Most join Alpha Magnus.

Year 120: Alpha Magnus has the largest clan on record, 100+ Aurals at his command. He rules the clan and the land around him with brutality. Anyone who defies him dies. But, in the secluded corners of Najwa, there is light, Aurals who remain untouched by Magnus’s words and the destruction of the Gods.

Years: 131 – 200: The Gods slowly nurse their creations back to health and prosperity.

Year 135: In the meantime Alpha Io (an Oracle with Water energy) comes into power over the northern reaches of Najwa. She does not like Magnus’s brutality and beliefs, yet she does not go to him. She stays in her frozen kingdom for several more years, awaiting his arrival.

Year 138: Magnus hears of Io and her kingdom of free-thinking Aurals. He marches his army to the northern reaches. Io has sent her subjects south, around Magnus and his followers to keep them safe. She backs up to the ocean, and Magnus gloats, asking her where her army is, who’s going to save her now, surely not the gods. In the light of the moon, Io unleashes the might of the waves behind her. She cleanses the innocent Magnus has with them, floating them to safe areas. Magnus drowns, his hateful and evil cronies dying with him. This expenditure of power leaves Io weak. When her subjects return, in her place is the Pillar of Io, a twisting spear of frozen waves to remember her sacrifice.

Year 139: The rest of Najwa hears of Magnus’s death and most rejoice. They no longer have to live her fear. Many make pilgrimages to the Pillar of Io to leave offerings.

Age 3: The Last Cataclysm

Years 200 – 205: Again, peace has settled over Najwa.

Year 201: Senka infiltrates the mind of Warrior Viggo, letting loose a terrible lightning bolt. It strikes through the ground, releasing her from her prison. Senka is free to cause malady, but she is following the rules. Sol and Noctis order the Warriors not to go after her. There cannot be light without dark.

Years 202 – 250: Senka has devised her plan, to let loose the most violent element (in her eyes) lightning. She slinks around, entering the minds of mortals, telling them to search for her. She blackens many a heart and gives them Arcane energy. Some withstand her though, alerting the Warriors to what she is doing.

Year 222: Senka has found Omega Purslane. A soul who has never known any good and just wants to kill everyone who has wronged him. She easily infiltrates his mind and convinces him to do her bidding. He’s small and unthreatening, which allows him to go about undetected.

Year 224: The Warriors lock Viggo away for fear Senka will get her to destroy them. Viggo detests this, but understands what must be done.

Year 230: Purslane has gained many minds through others deemed weak and worthless. All are connected to Senka. Word has spread through the land that lightning energy is dangerous and harmful.

Year 231: Viggo watches as her Aurals, those with lightning enegy, are killed, as pups are slaughtered before they open their eyes because of the imagined harm they’d cause. In a storm unlike any other, Viggo escapes to hunt down Senka herself.

Year 232 – 290: The skies are constantly dark with roiling clouds and rain falls in great quantities. The Warriors cannot help their distressed sister, but they try to make to make the best for the other Aurals suffering because of the darkness and massive plant/food die off.

Year 255: Purslane creates an army of darkness. This army terrorizes the shadows, taking Aurals but not killing them. They’ve heard stories of Magnus and his army, they do not want that again. The Najwarian Guard becomes very prominent.

Year 280: A light in the darkness appears. Canna, a simple mortal with knowing beyond her years faces down Purslane. She almost has him outwitted when she is killed. They desecrate her and with the Gods failing, they decide action is needed, that Aurals need someone to pray to for their sick and wounded. Canna is brought back by the Gods and given power, some say it was the soul of Io, coming back to fight evil once more, as the flood came. The White Witch she was called and she cleansed the land, cleansed Senka from the minds of Aurals. She saved the innocent, those who did not deserve to die, and she gave some of Purslanes followers a second chance. Viggo lets up her storm.

Year 281: Purslane escapes Canna’s cleansing. He hides out in a desert cave, speaking with Senka and going insane.

Year 282: Purslane reemerges. Senka, blind with rage and power, has let him have some of her power, but Purslane has taken more than she thought. He becomes a demi-god and reaches the Warriors. Senka is left with half her power and slinks away as Purslane takes on the Warriors with force. In a great cataclysm caused by all the gods powers connecting with Purslanes evil, most life on Najwa is decimated, as well as Purslane himself.

Year 283 – 299: The healing years. Canna, and Vidar, the Nature God, rebuild the land with help from the other warriors. They find some Aurals have survived. Senka has slinked back into a dark corner of the underworld to bide her time and rebuild her power.

Age 4: Current Age –

Everything has started off anew after the last cataclysm.

Year 1: Modern Aurals have made their way back over the land. It has been decreed that Alpha’s can rule over their clan as they see fit. This is to prevent armies like those of Magnus and Purslane, where Alpha’s can rule over many clans.

Year 2: Jinx, born sometime in the last age, has founded Blackwater. Senka has reached him, only slightly, as he has enough strength to refuse her most fervent demands.

The Appearance change lab is the place to go when you have an appearance change or gene change item! If you want to add scars, dyes, or small accessories, go here: Design Add-On's

There have been gene change or gene/marking addition items for a long time, but nothing to really explain each one in detail in the same place or a place to use them. You can buy Appearance change items in The Sindow Shop *OPEN*

You will also be able to earn them rarely from Wishing Pennies and Activities.

Import Redesign Token:
Import Redesign Token by ReapersSpeciesHub

- this item can be bought in the shop or found while exploring. It can also be given out in monthly quests or from wishing pennies.

- The Import redesign token allows you to change your preexisting import to your liking. You CANNOT add genes it does not have, only edit the appearance of the genes your Sindow DOES have.

- You can change base shade, eye color, skin color, nail color, and color of the markings.

- You can edit the coverage of the genes and shape. (Just remember that the Sindows expression typically falls beneath the parents. So unless it has an unknown sire or dam then all genes minimum and maximum range should fall beneath the parents.

[x] what you can't do: As said above, you cannot add genes your Sindow does not have. You may add ANY of the FREE genes or Add-ons, though.

[x] you can't change marking density and spread.

[x] you can't change the genes to express in a way that does not correspond with the design guide. So, you can't add a flower and call it part of a gene when that gene doesn't allow flower shapes.

[x] If both the sire and the dam both express a gene minimally, making your Sindow express it minimally, then you cannot use the redesign token to give your Sindow the maximum expression for the gene.

Add/Remove Free Markings Potion:
Free Marks Addition/Removal Potion by ReapersSpeciesHub
- this items allows you to add Random White, Dappling, or Tips to your current import.
- it will also allow you to remove these markings.
- These are free markings if your import is not already designed and uploaded. The item is only needed for imports already uploaded.

Eye Color Change Potion:
Eye Color Change Potion by ReapersSpeciesHub
- this item allows you to change your Sindows eye color to any color you want within the guidelines: Eye color can be any color except true black and true white.
- It DOES NOT cause heterochromia. Unless the Sindow has heterochromia listed in the pheno, it will not add this mutation

Add/Change/Remove Secondary Marking:
Secondary Marking Potion by ReapersSpeciesHub
- Secondary markings and color are determined by the parent. Here are the normal guidelines:
- If BOTH parents have a secondary, then ALL offspring will have a secondary. The color is determined by the parents as well. It can be exactly the same as the sire or exactly the same as the dam or a mix between the two.

- If ONE parent has a secondary and the other does not, then the offspring can have a secondary or not (it doesn't have to). It will be the EXACT same color as the parent that has the secondary.

- If neither parent has a secondary, then NO secondary should be present in the offspring.

:bulletgreen: What this item allows you to do:
- Change in the way the secondary expresses
- Change secondary color, no matter the parents
- Add a secondary marking, no matter the parents
- Remove the Secondary marking, no matter the parents

:bulletgreen: These of course are still within the basic guidelines. You can't make up a secondary expression. You still can't have the secondary the same color as the primary marking.

How to Use these Items:

On an already designed Import:

Step 2: Redesign your import!

Step 3: Submit to Design Corrections: comments.deviantart.com/1/5636…
- you must have a link to your Sindows old import

Step 4: Await approval and upload. If you're told to correct something, correct it and send back to Design Corrections.

On a Geno:

Step 1: If you want to add/subtract/change a gene on a geno, just do so, as long as you have the right potion. Make sure your designer is aware if you are using a designer.

Step 2: Design as if Sindow had or didn't have said gene(s).

Step 3: Submit to Design Approval comments.deviantart.com/1/5636…
- Please provide a link to proof of your gene change item.
- Please state which gene(s) have been added/removed/changed

What is Tack?

Tack is the equipment you put on your Sindow, like saddles, collars, bridles, blankets, and lead ropes.

Can I make tack for my Sindow?

Of course! At any time, you can make tack for your Sindow (or have someone else). However, unless it has been blessed in the Wishing Well and earned stat points, it will not have any stat points.

There are no limits on the type of tack you can make. Make armor, make western, english, or racing tack. You can make renaissance themed tack, tack themed from your favorite super hero/villain, tribal tack. It's basically anything you want.

Tack and Accessories are not the same.

Tack vs Accessories:
Tack is typically large items or equipment that is used for the Sindows discipline. This includes any type of protection like leg guards or blankets for warmth/traveling. Collars are considered tack as well.

Accessories are things that make the Sindow look pretty rather, but don't have any use other wise. Earrings, necklaces, decorative capes, bracelets, and any other pureley decorative adornment that is not part of a saddle, bridle, blanket or any other tack is considered an accessory. Accessories are free to make and add, but only small accessories are allowed on the official import. You can learn more about this here: Design Add-On's

Accessories are not allowed to be dipped in the wishing well. If you're not sure if something is considered tack or an accessory just ask!

Can I draw my tack on my Sindows import?

Not the officially uploaded one. Only small acessories are allowed on the official import to prevent the Sindows design from being covered.

You may make your own tack sheet, like this:
Dorn's reining tack set by Stripe13
or draw it right on the lines, like this:
Custom Tack Set for Akita--inu by xWolfwingx  SWR Sindow SAR Tack by xWolfwingx

- you can also draw it right over the design!

:bulletgreen: You can add a link to their tack set or accessory sheet in the import sheet or just link it under the LOG comment, where the tracker journal goes as well. But you do not have to do this, you can simply leave it in the Sindow's tracker journal as well.

What's the difference between my tack and the shop tack?

The big difference is stat points.

Shop tack comes with stat points that act as a constant boost for your Sindow and they act more like items than actual tack. So, if you have shop tack you can draw that on your Sindow or draw your user made tack set and have the store tack as items. It's up to you.

Can I equip my Sindows user made tack under the items bar?

No, Admin must do that for you. And user made tack is only equipped as an item if it has been blessed with Stat points in the wishing well.

If you start out with shop tack and then want your dipped user tack equipped, please note the group! You cannot have store tack and dipped user tack on the same Sindow. Admin will clear out your store tack and add your user tack.

How do I dip my tack in the Wishing Well?

:bulletgreen: You may make multiple sets of tack for your Sindow for different disiplines, HOWEVER you can only dip ONE whole set of tack. This makes it so people don't have 5 sets of tack for the same Sindow and get a bunch of stat points without doing any actual work with the Sindow.

- Each piece of tack will be dipped separately. If you have it on a big sheet, no need to submit separately, we will just roll each piece separately.

- Each piece of tack has a 50% chance at getting stat points. It will earn 1-6 stat points in 1-3 stat categories. (more on how this works in the wishing well journal under the tack dipping section).

What are Design Add-On's?

There are FREE add-ons and ones you need items for.

When you are designing your Sindow, you may add ONE of these things to your Sindow for free without needing a special item! The things below are considered design add ons

- Small scars
- small accessories
- small fur dye marks

MAX size for scars/dye marks and Accessories:
Design Add Ons 1 by ReapersSpeciesHub

Rules for Add-On's

- These are meant to be small things that you can add to your Sindow to make them unique without having to worry about needing a special item.

- Add-ons can go anywhere on your Sindow!

- If you do not have an add-on on your Sindow now, but would like one, you can update them at any time!

- If you want more than one add on, lets say scars and an accessory, you must have an item for the second add-on. What you need is listed below in the 'when do I need an item' section.

- SCARS must be a natural skin color. (browns, pinks, and grays) They can be any shape (even unnatural shapes) as long as they are natural colors.

- ACCESSORIES cannot be larger than the purple area above IF you want them to show on the import! You may design all the accessories you want for your Sindow for free and draw them with it at any time, but only small ones can be shown on the import.

- ACCESSORIES can be anything you can think of! You are allowed to erase the import lines where your accessory crosses them.

- Accessories are not meant to cover the whole import, this is why I'm only allowing small accessories to be added. If you want large accessories, you can add them and make a secondary import image to link in your Sindows import sheet info, log, or tracker journal without the need of any items.

- DYE MARKS can be any color and any shape. (lets keep it appropriate though folks) Free Dye Marks can also be your stables brand, a symbol or letters representing your stable.

Examples:
(I didn't realize how small everything was going to look. I'd suggest clicking the image to get a better look)
Design Add Ons 2 by ReapersSpeciesHub

When do I need an item?

If you want more than one add-on or a single add on that is bigger than what is shown above, you need to have an item. OR if you want to remove a limb, ear, tail tip etc.. you'll need an item.

To buy these items, please go here: The Sindow Shop *OPEN*
- you may also win/earn these items by doing activities, monthly quests, or using Wishing Pennies
- You may also check the user sales folder as some people might sell their extra items

:bulletgreen: Please note these things before changing your Sindow!
- Scars cannot be removed once applied!
- line edits cannot be changed once uploaded!

Fur Dye:
Small Fur Dye by ReapersSpeciesHub
Fur dye is used to add unnatural paint-type or tattoo like markings to your Sindow. You may also use this item for Stable brands, which are symbols or letters that represent your stable.
-needed to add on a dye mark if a free add-on has already been chosen
- needed if you want your free dye mark or any dye mark to be larger than the free dye mark range
- If you want several marks over the entire body you only need ONE fur dye item.
:bulletred: You CANNOT simulate any Sindow marking or gene with fur dye! Fur dye is used to add unnatural paint-type or tattoo like markings to your Sindow.

If you want fur dye removed, just go here: The Groomer

Small Scar Pack:
Small Scar Pack by ReapersSpeciesHub
- needed to add on a second (or more) area of scarring
- If you want several small areas of scarring, you need One small scar pack per area of scarring that is not the free add-on
- These areas of scarring must not be larger than the max area shown above
:bulletred: You CANNOT use several small scar packs to create one big scar. They are meant for small areas of isolated scarring anywhere on the body.

Large Scar Pack:
Large Scar Pack by ReapersSpeciesHub
- needed if you want an area of scarring that is larger than the Max shown above!
- Large scar packs cover anything larger than the blue max shown above, however at least 20% of the fur must be showing somewhere on the body. This is FUR, and does not count the face or back leg skin. Feathers count as fur on Avians/Gigans.
- You only need one large scar pack to cover up to 80% of the body in scars. They can be small individual scars or large scars, something like a giant burn across the body.

Small Line Edit Pack:
Small Line Edit Pack by ReapersSpeciesHub
-Needed if you want to edit the lines outside of your free accessory add-on line erasing.
- This includes tears in the ears, missing ear tips, removal of chunks of fur in crest, chest, or tail hair, an eye, tips of horns (darken), tips of feelers (orientals), some feathers missing (Avians, Gigans), removal of a toe or two.
- With a small line edit pack you get to choose up to TWO of above things to do. As in, remove an eye and put rips in the ears.
- Again this is a SMALL line edit pack. You cannot remove large parts of your Sindow with this item or use more than one of these items in conjunction to remove large parts. Each pack does up to TWO things listed above.
- If you have an idea for a small line edit or aren't sure if your idea counts, please note the group!

Large Line Edit Pack:
Large Line Edit Pack by ReapersSpeciesHub

- needed if you want to remove large parts of your Sindow.
- Large Line Edit packs allow you to remove limbs, more than half the tail, the whole ear(s), give your Sindow a haircut (as in removing whole crests, chest mane, etc..), remove parts of the snout, or both eyes.
- if you remove a limb, it can be the whole limb or just part of it. If you want to add scarring at the limb removal spot, then you may do so without an extra item
- If you want to add a bionic limb in place of the Sindows natural limb you may do so.
- If your Sindow is BORN with a defect, such has blindness, missing limb, deformed spine, etc... you DO NOT need one of these items and can edit the lines. If your Sindow is born with a defect it'll be listed in its geno! Yes, your Sindow can be born with a defect in your story-line, but you'll need this item to add/remove any large defects.
:bulletred: Just know that if you choose to remove your Sindows limbs, eyes, or give it a disability it wouldn't otherwise have, you will have to complete Defect Training with it, no matter what training you've already completed with the Sindow.

How do I add my add-ons or use my add-on items?

Using items on Sindows that are not uploaded:
This is easier than the below option. All you need to do is list the items that you are using, you must of course have them in your inventory to use, in the design approval comment!

Your add-ons and design will be approved (or unapproved and given corrections) at the same time.

Changing currently uploaded Sindows:
:bulletgreen: In order to use items that are not the free add-on they MUST be in your inventory. You need to buy them from the shop before you come here!

The Starters (Starter Breeding)

How to Enter:

:bulletgreen: Weekly raffles are simple. Everyone gets ONE bid per Sindow, except those who own 0 Sindows, they get TWO bids per Sindow.
:bulletgreen: As for items, you still get one bid per item, BUT you can win two items or a sindow and one item. You still can't walk away from a weekly raffle with more than two things.
:bulletgreen: HOWEVER, you may get extra bids by doing the following:
- Advertising the Raffle = 1 bid
- tagging people in your advertisement. Please don't tag people who you know are already in the group. 5 people tagged = 1 bid
(this stacks so if you tag 10 you get 2 bids, etc...)

:bulletgreen: If you've advertised and/or tagged, please respond here: comments.deviantart.com/1/7452…

:bulletgreen: You do not have to bid for all of the Sindows available, you can only choose the ones you like.

:bulletgreen: To enter for a Sindow, simply respond to the comment with it's import pictured! All you have to do is respond with 'Bid'. If you have more than one bid per Sindow as in, you used your free bid, put 'Free bid'. If you've advertised, put 'advertising bid' and so on and so forth. If you don't read this part and just put bid on everything, that's okay too.

:bulletorange: You can only win ONE Sindow per week! So, if you're the only person to bid on more than one Sindow, you will get the first Sindow you bid on.

What are Cover Markings?

Cover markings cover the Sindows body entirely, the only markings that will show over it are white markings! They are not affected by any genes and can show on ANY Sindow type.

Mutations will show with or over Cover markings. So if you have a chimera, you'll have a partial cover marking and a second geno listed. If you have a Sindow with bloodmarks, the bloodmarks will show on the cover marking. The same with Bend-or spots.

Cover markings are based off of real life animals that Sindows don't typically look like. So, if ordering a custom with a cover marking you will not be able to order horse cover markings or big cat cover markings. i.e a cheetah or a black overo mustang. These markings can be created with what the Sindow has already. You will be told whether or not your cover making animal/insect is okay.

Some Sindows may take on characteristics or even make sounds like their cover marking as genetically there is some of that animal in their DNA.

Pass Rate: Cover markings are a rarer marking type.
Heterozygous = 20% pass
Homozygous = 40% pass

What are Genetic Lines?

Each Sindow descends from a certain progenitor or group of progentors for their species. These progenitors are named after the founding family in which bred it (i.e Rainier, Breckingridge, Monroe, etc...) or after a Sindow Sindow (i.e Thyra, Nicomedes, Edison etc...)

Genetic Lines give bonus's to stats as certain lines are associated with certain stats and disciplines. They are also important for the Pedigree Test for breeding. Depending on how well or not well your Sindow matches it's line, it may score better or worse.

Genetic Lines are always passed down from the sire, no matter what type of Sindow it is or the gender of Sindow the progenitor was. So, you may have a standard Sindow with an 'oriental' line because somewhere, there was an Oriental sire in it's lineage. There are Official Lines and Street Lines for each type of Sindow, with Standard, Draft, and Variant being grouped of course.

Depending on how you want to play your game, you can breed strictly within the same line to boost stats and get good Pedigree scores or just do what you want. Genetic lines will not effect your Sindow negatively.

Pure Line Offspring: These Sindows are Sindows that have scored very well in their Pedigree Test for their Breeding Certification Tests. Every Sindow that you own that has scored a 100 points or above is considered a pure line offspring. You will get a bonus 100 SC because of this.

Genetics, Designing, and Design Approval:

If you have a pre-designed Sindow you're good to go, but if you've received a Geno, you'll need to read through some things:
The Design Guide (Genetics)
The Design Approval Guide

The Basics:

Now that you have an uploaded Sindow, what's next?

I would first familiarize yourself with the AP System and the Stat System, so you know what you're earning and why.
Art Point System [AP]:iconThe-Sindow-Group:
What are Art Points?
Art points are earned whenever you draw or write about your Sindow. They are collected and kept track of to rank up your Sindow, which will give your Sindow stat points as well. Ranking up your Sindow also determines how many offspring it can have.
:bulletgreen: ALL Sindows start out with 0 AP (Novice). AP is the amount of art/lit your Sindow has done for it. (Stat points are a different type of points for Sindows, but they are connected. Read below in the Ranking up section.)
:bulletgreen: AP are not passed down to offspring.
Art Point Guide:
This shows how many points you get for your art or writing plus bonus's! You'll take a look at your art and go through, adding up your AP according to what you have done. If you're ever not sure what your art qualifies as, just note the group!
Below is a chart showing the percentage of which is which for headshot, bust, half body, half body, 70-80%, a

After this, it's best to look through these info journals so there is no accidental confusion.

The Log System:iconThe-Sindow-Group:
What is the Log System?
The Log System is the series of comments on your Sindows import sheet. It is typically taken care of by admin, save for a couple things: breeding reservations and geno ownership transfer, these two things are taken care of by the owner of the Sindow. You may also post your Sindows tracker underneath the LOG comment.
You can take a look at Arie here and check out how her Log is set up:

:bulletgreen: Again, you only comment on the log system to reserve a breeding slot for another user to your Sindow. You will also only comment on the log system to transfer a geno that your female Sindow has produced to another user. And again you can post your tracker under the log.
Trainings: Any training your Sindow does will be posted here by Admin with their score IF the training is scored!
Breedings: This is where your breedings are posted and where you mak

Getting Started in Gameplay:

The Sindow universe is set in present day earth, but there are some advances in technology. All kinds of beings (your handlers) interact on a daily basis and has always been this way. There is no division between races, species, etc... just the sentience. More info on this to come...

Where to start:

This depends on what you want to do with your Sindow! Below are some scenarios and I'll get you started in each one!

:bulletgreen:I just want to draw/write about my Sindow in the Sindow universe. I'm not interested in training, showing, or breeding.:bulletgreen:
- Then you already have all the info you need.

- And you can pretty much pick and choose from the options below, say you're not really worried about stats or gaining AP, but want to breed your Sindow. You'll still need to go through Basic training and breeding certification to do so.

:bulletgreen:I want to draw/write about my Sindow and eventually breed it, do some simple activities. Basic group gameplay::bulletgreen:

- First thing is first. You'll need to train your Sindow. Basic Training or Defect training if it has one needs to be done to breed your Sindow.

- After Basic Training you'll need to get it certified to breed.

- And to do some of the simple activities, you may need to choose a discipline:

After this, what you do is up to you. Getting your Sindow ranked up (through the earning of AP) and bettering it's stats are also pretty basic gameplay components.

You can also participate in simple activities that are mostly for fun and an easy way to earn Sindow Coins and other rewards.

:bulletgreen:I would like to do all of the above + get into showing my Sindow and making a career for it! I want it allllll! :bulletgreen:

This is another level to gameplay. You can start a Career for your Sindow! This information is all pertienent to careers:

The Groomer can give you bonus's for showing which will help further your Sindows career :

Monthly Shows are the only 'career shows' available at this moment. Special shows will be introduced once group activity gets going a little more.

So what's left?

Just some little tidbits of info:

:iconthe-sindow-group:

Please read the info in this journal first!
The Geno Lab:iconThe-Sindow-Group:
Free Genos!

Turn in Geno Items!
The Geno Lab consists of three sections. Geno Drop off, Geno pick up, and turning in items won from group events that result in geno's.
Geno Pick Up:
:bulletgreen: Anyone may pick ONE geno from the Geno Lab at any time, no matter how many Sindows they own.
:bulletgreen: These Sindows may have more genes and/or better stats then Creation Lab genos. Some of them are bred by the group while others are from player donation.
Stipulations:
:bulletgreen: These Sindows have no restrictions like Creation Lab Sindows, however, they are a FREE Sindow which means you cannot sell for currency of any type. They will be marked as Geno Lab Sindows.
:bulletgreen: You may gift, trade, or sell for AP, but NO points, cash, or group currency (this one or otherwise).
Go here to pick a Geno:

Here you can find the geno's available from the Geno Lab. It will not be posted which is group bred and which is player donated.

Free Genos!

Donate your unwanted Genos!

Geno Drop Off:

:bulletgreen: Anyone may drop off Geno's at any time! These geno's go to the Geno pick up area.

Stipulations:
:bulletgreen: By dropping off a geno, you are agreeing fully with the fact that after this geno is donated you have no control over what happens to it.
:bulletgreen: You cannot ask for the geno back once it has been donated.
:bulletgreen: You cannot ask people who have not gotten a geno from the Geno lab to get your geno back for you. If it is found out that you did this, then you will be stripped of the Sindow and it'll go back to the geno lab.

:bulletgreen: For donating a geno, you will get 2,000 SC!

Customs are OPEN!

Bullet; Blue The price list below is for adding up your traits and getting the average sale price and for ordering a custom.

Bullet; Blue You can sell your Sindow for whatever price you want, but just understand you're selling yourself short if you sell for less than the custom price, especially if your Sindow has skill points and art done for it.

Bullet; Blue ALL customs, unless under special circumstances, will by untrained, 3 weeks old with 0 AP and Level 1 stats (8-20). They will not have any lineage.

:bulletblue: Since these are trait based customs, there is no cap on how many genes or how many rare genes, etc... that you can have. HOWEVER, there is a max on zygosity. TWO of your genes (not counting base, dilution, or saturation) can be HOMOZYGOUS. The rest will be heterozygous since gene price is not determined by zygosity. You get to choose which ones in your order form.

:bulletblue: All cash payments are USD and done through PAYPAL! I will send you an invoice for customs over $5

Bullet; Blue As for selling, you do not have to sell for points. You can sell for cash, AP, or Sindow coins, or anything else you fancy. Here are some conversions to help you get a good sell price and value of your Sindow.

1 dA Point = 100 Sindow coins
100 dA Points = $1
20 dA points or 2000 SC = 1 SSP  (So a 300 point or 30,000 SC Sindow would cost 15 SSP - divide your Sindows point or SC total by 20 points or SC)

Building your Sindow!

First, and foremost, customs are for points or cash only. You cannot buy a custom for art or anything else.

And just for the sake of general gene rarity (excluding base price):
50 points = common
100 points = uncommon
200 points = Rare
300+points = very rare
