Sargent Raymond Victor is a veteran Marine within the UNSC. Sgt. Victor has fought and lived through multiple deployments against the insurrectionist. Leading his troops through tough engagements, and leaves no man behind.

Sgt. Victor is a works close with S-0427 when marines are working with Spartan elements. He is smart, sharp, witty and keeps his marines in line and always has them ready at a moments notice.

He has been awarded 4 purple hearts and a Silver Star. And is always the go to guy to get things done among the NCO ranks.
