The Quick FixFor the gay marriage debate:
Step 1: Go back in time and find the first guy to ever scribble the word 'marriage' into a U.S. document of law in the first place.
Step 2: Carve the first amendment directly onto his buttocks with a rusty scalpel.
Step 3: There is no step 3. You've already solved the damned problem. Church wants to refuse to marry gay couples? It's their right. Gay couples want to build their own church so that they can get married or worship in it? It's their right. Government wants to give tax breaks to couples raising children? Then it's your business!
It's illegal to let the church tell us who god says can and can't get legal benefits. So why is marriage a legal issue in the first place?
The bill of rights sure looks nice on paper. I wonder what it would be like if a government used it some time.

Tuesday: Second day of class. Get other classes' assignments and book orders. Torrent/order/e-bay all books. Repack backpack with luggage.
Wednesday: Go to San Francisco, crash at friends' friend's house.
Thursday: Go to Seattle, crash at friend's relative's house.
Friday: PENNY ARCADE EXPO

Monday: Drive back to San Francisco in labor day traffic.

Protecting yourself from Paypal chargebacksI decided I'd write something on this since it seems to be affecting a lot of my friends and artists I'm close to. I'll start with a few disclaimers.
Disclaimer 1:
I am not a finance expert. I have never filed a chargeback nor have I been in a chargeback dispute (fortunately). I have done some research out of both curiosity and out of desire to help out the community a bit. This is going to be quick(ish) and summarized. I'm also going to be changing some things to the way I sell as well (obviously).
Disclaimer 2:
This journal isn't about what to do in a chargeback dispute but rather, how to set up your sales so that you'll have the upper hand when having to deal with a dispute. I've included some useful links at the bottom for further information!

TLECs 2nd Annual Training Show RESULTS UPSo, this is a wee bit late, please ignore the huge time gap. XD
TLEC has decided to once again, open its gates to the public for another large training show. This time, it was to be run a little differently. Last time was stressful, and thats not the point of a training show. With that being said, they set up the new list of classes and decided on a different judging style. This time, there would be playful classes as well, to make it more family oriented.

Rules
- No fighting or harassment, we are an equal opportunity stable
- All breeds may enter, but no unnatural powers may be used to get an advantage
- Judging is simple, both effort and rng for performance (guide will be listed below)
- Linearts, Photomanips, Trades, and Commissions may enter (tracing is allowed, at the very least list you have used a ref)
- Old entries may be submitted, but will receive a penalty for not fitting the setting
- No extra
