It's so much work to add lighting, i'm always too lazy to do that xD

It was fun to do though. The fact that you already had existing specular highlights from the sky - which happened to roughly be in the right place - saved a lot of work. The most work went into tweaking the distribution of light. Especially tricky on the face and the hood.

In this version I traced the highlights with the airbrush tool. But a few days after I created this version, I also tested an even quicker technique. If the highlights are already in the right place, you can simply create a new layer where you adjust the contrast and brightness until you end up with only highlights. You can then use a combination of multiplied and screen blended layers. It's not quite as fancy, but it works all right, and is pretty fast.
