So, I've been doing a lot of thinking, as opposed to drawing, and I've been rather puzzled over whether I should be focusing on producing work as nice as possible, or just focusing on getting it out there, so as to improve of my skills by brute force.

So, for a bit, (maybe a month or two) I'm going to focus on just drawing it.
Nice and simple, keep it flowing will be the methodology I will be using.

Let's see how it turns out.

Oh, and commissions are still open. Send me a note if you're interested.

Sorry, but I'm not open for collaboration at this point in time.
Besides which, I don't feel confident enough to work with other people in artwork yet.

That's an interesting question. Basically I've been using the second option myself, but I have sort of combined it with the first one.

Before I start to draw a new drawing, I take a look at the newest drawing I have done. Then I see what I have done wrong with it, and try to avoid the same problem(s) with my next drawing. I'm not trying to fix too many problems at the same time though. I'm improving my skills a bit by bit, but I still kind of have a deadline when the drawing must be ready. Basically I have all the time in the world, but the drawing gets old, if I delay it too much. I'd like to explain what I mean with that, but because I'm writing this in the middle of the night, I can't find the right words. I could give a better explanation later, if you want to.

So I'm using kind of mixed technique, and so far it has worked quite well. If I had to choose between those two options, I would choose the second one. I would lose interest to drawing with the first option. I hope this helps even somehow.
