This is my first crack at dry brush acrylic, which means I think I learned more from this piece than what came out 
Mostly learned, do the background first. HA!
This was the second assignment in my Illustration 1 class. The assignment was to do an illustration of a zodiac. I did all the zodiacs that pertain to me. The two mermaids represented the two fish of the pieces. The Leo sign in the sun is my rising sun sign. Sagittarius in the moon is my moon sign. And the tiger fish swimming around is my Chinese zodiac: the tiger.
