I -will not- accept commissions for minors (under 18) in adult situations or portraying nudity. This goes for any/all fictional characters that are either displayed or depicted as minors.
For themed pieces that do not necessarily involve humanoids/anthros/anything resembling a living creature (I.e. scenic images, inspirational art, whatever) things are a little different, since they take more time and effort.

In the States, it's time for Halloween! Costumes and candy, horror, and death as friend and lover. It's awesome. Easily my favorite holiday.
