This is from an episode of Odyssey of Oddities where Annie and Jake accidentally run into a universe that collided with their universe and there is a nuclear disaster. Their clothes got dirty with a pink goo that serves as a tracking device from the rich guy that runs this town. Annie and Jake ran into a random family's house and they ditched their clothes and put on clothes they found in the house. Annie is dressed like Lisa Simpson and Jake is dressed like Bart.
