Palette Challenge! by RatTheUnloved Palette Challenge! by RatTheUnloved
Many thanks to the wonderful Mokisaur for their amazing palettes. This challenge starts when I roll three virtual dice: 1d6 to determine TYPE, 1d12 (that number goes up when Moki adds more palettes) to determine the Challenge Palette, and a 1d100 to determine which swatch is used. Duplicates of color are not allowed (I'll reroll).

I'll do "however many" until my hand complains, then update the deviation for the day. What will happen to the things I draw? Stay tuned to find out.

#1 - Door Curtain. This is an Effect using Challenge #6, swatch #90.
#2 - Creepy Purple Light.  This is Lighting using Challenge #5, Swatch #47.
#3 - Remarkably Hideous Green Chair.  This is an Item using Challenge #11, Swatch #97.
#4 - Spoopy Desert. This is a FLOOR using Challenge #9, Swatch #23
#5 - Snakelyrin House Walls. This is a WALL using Challenge #3, Swatch #3.

#6 - Wildfire. This is an AMBIANCE using Challenge #9, Swatch #51. (looks best with Multiply mode)
#7 - Plush Rug. This is an over-sized FLOOR using Challenge #12, Swatch #39.
#8 - Aunt Susie's Spider Plant. This is a table-topper EFFECT using Challenge #1, Swatch #35.
#9 - Leodoore House Rug. This rolled as a wall but I got distracted so it somehow ended up an over-sized FLOOR using Challenge #4, Swatch #68.
#10 - Dusty Rays. This is LIGHTING using Challenge #10, Swatch #55.

#11 - Floral Wall w/Copper Wanescotting. This is a WALL using Challenge #2, Swatch #82.

I thought it would be a fun way to push myself. Your palettes are always so pretty that I don't have to "worry" about the colors... just how to make them work for that object type. It's definitely going to make me branch out, and flex my art muscles. Thank you for the inspiration!

hehehe. Thank you! It's that kind of "OH MY GOD IT'S SO UGLY... I need it." kind of ugly. Slightly shiny from years of asses, slightly compressed ... also from years of asses. A good, hideous, chair.
