Gorgeous work! This piece feels like its moving. Very lively and beautifully captured. <3

Thank you!
The "moving" effect is probably due to the lens that offers a "turning bokeh", the helios!

I heard a lot of things about Helios... what is your opinion on it? Is it really outstanding (except the famous swirly bokeh)?

I personaly love this lens :)
Not easy to use since it's full manual and the focus point can be hard to have if your subject is not in the center, but for the price of the lens, definitely fun to have! :)

Okay, thanks for your reply :). I think I will look for it somewhere too. I want to switch to fullframe in the near future, so it would be interesting :D

Check on Etsy, there's some with the adaptation ring for like 50$ :)

I like the diversity among them, the strikingly veined really is an eyecatcher. And I figured out that, among the tones you have chosen, that I'd miss the reddish details and hues in all their nearly secret positions. I like your work!

They are really beautiful, and the veined one really appealed me! How lovely are treasures from the wood!
Thank you for your words!

You're surely welcome, and I got to say that I can't remember having seen those veined ones ever before! They match well with the different sizes, drops, tones and details of the others, really treasurely.
