Lady of the Lotus

Soft, delicate and beautiful. This sort of came out in an Art Nouveau style more than anything. Either way I was so happy with how this came out.

Special thanks to ~Reine-Haru for the stunning reference images
~this is a digital hand painting, not a photo manipulation or anything else.
Thanks for looking!

I stitch constantly, but no, I'm not a professional stitcher, as I've never worked for anyone. I'm disabled, so i spend alot of time on stitching, and this picture spoke to me as making a great chart.

smiles... I had to ask because of business reasons... I'm owner of Artists Alley and I have a line of Cross Stitch patterns that I sell on the international markets. I haven't really been doing that side of my company lately, sorta taking a small break while reconfiguring things. If it is for your use and yours alone, I don't see the harm in saying yes to you creating a cross stitch for yourself. When you get it done though, I'd love to see a picture of it.

Wow! How cool! I'd love to see some of your patterns when it is reconfigured, buy some of your charts. I don't know how to make it into a chart, although I would love to learn someday, as I would like to do some designing myself, but as of now, I don't know how to chart it. But I would love to stitch it, if you have a way to make charts, and I could show it to you or give you the actual stitching. It looks as though it would be a pleasure to work on a nice white aida :)

I have the ability to chart it, could take a while though... as to my charts that I had out and for sale, they are in my gallery here, most of them are that is. I really have to make a reminder to update my actual website...

I'll have to check out the rest of your gallery, too. If you get to chart this one, let me know, or if I find a way, I'll let you know, and I will definately show it to you when it's complete.
