Celtic Knot Birds Cross Stitch by RaNuit Celtic Knot Birds Cross Stitch by RaNuit
Original Artwork is copyright of Amy K. Brown, and is used by Artists Alley with complete and full Contracted permission...

I am a professional designer of cross stitch patterns and all work I use is copyrighted not only by the original artist but the design is copyright of my company. If you wish a pattern, they can be purchased, just drop me a line and I would be more then happy to help you out.
This work uses materials created by individual companies like DMC, Wichelt, Kreinik and other wonderful companies that make amazing fabrics and threads in which I use to create these wonderful time intensive peices.

Hope you like!!

chuckles.. thats what I said before I started out. The charting of the artwork was about 115 hours and the stitching took about 3 weeks. It is only 6 colors which helped for that area because it was less color changing.
Thank you do much for your comment and I am very glad you like it so much!!

Beautiful! I love the colors and the design. I've been thinking of doing some Celtic cross stitch myself, I just need to find the time. A lot of my artwork has a Celtic theme, I just haven't put anything into a pattern.

smiles.. thank you so much...points to the lady of Heatherwind... it is her artwork... She has signed contract to myself a professional designer to turn her work into cross stitch patterns.. I did not even know Amy was on Deviant till I saw her on your site LOL... small world..
I am so happy you like them... one of the main reasons I chose them was just for thier color alone, they seem to jump at you..

well if you create them from your own personal work and get the pattern worked out on graph paper I can help you with the rest...
I have company sponsers that provide the floss, beads, specialty threads ( like the shiney shimmer floss ) and fabrics to me.. If you would like to become an actual designer and have your work published into the market I'd be interested in perhaps being your publisher.
If you are interested let me know and we can talk about making you a designer.

Designing sounds very interesting, let me know what you would need from me. I have a few lineart designs now and can easily work up some more, just let me know what you are interested in. Thanks so much!!

Smiles... thank you very much.. it is a very simple one, I believe only 6 colors, but still very dramatic because of the colors used. I am glad you like it.

I really like this one, too. More or less anything with celtic knotwork of some sort in it... I'm a sucker for it. ~l~

ooo then you will have to keep watch cause over the next year alot more work in the celtic stuff will come from my hands personally

though I'm looking for people that are willing to stitch for me who know how to... and who would do it for the glory of the stitching and thier name in print on every chart.... lol

I'd volunteer, but I've never crossstitched in my life. ~lol~
I'm for sure gonna keep watching, though!

chuckles... i at one time couldn't cross stitch to save my life. But at the age of 11 i was free hand embroidering and my grandmother who taught me told me never again would she stitch after seeing what my hands could do... chuckles... I guess I should have got a clue then

the designing of it from the original artwork that is used takes the longest because it all has to be put into a grid, but yea, the celtic knots are a pain in da butt but look sooooo pretty when done..
smiles Thanks!!
