Rain skitters down the window, little beads of dew, collected until a necklace, is what a web turns into, gathering glinting droplets, on its fragile sticky strand, while tree branches are letting go, leafs fall and sway then land, atop ever murmuring waters, foreign whispering stream, it reminds me of coffee, how clouds stir like cream, oh so dark and bitter, until you mix a little light, much alike an orange sunset, as it welcomes in the night, its luggage chilly darkness, from a gentle winters dawn, snowflakes born so shyly, in a moment they melt gone, reminding me I miss you, since the tide pulled you away, I wish you home tomorrow, even if not today.

Howls in the hollow, Ripple through the halls, Simulations of sounds, Bounce off the walls, It borrows a voice, To say what was said, Recycles a loop, Of thoughts in my head, Imagination imitations, Shadows silhouette for show, In the dim and dark down here, Where sunlight doesn’t go, A caves communication, Is based solely off our speech, So listening ain’t learning, while talking doesn’t teach, A caverns kind of company, Is not one guest around, But bats dwell the deep depths, Half buried underground, Actors and imposters, Reflect a mirror of yourself, Be it an honor or a horror… it came first from my mouth.

the plane is on departure, flying bustling airport souls, as blazes dwindle down, into black scorching coals, when tomorrow approaches, yesterday will withdraw, and the sights that I could see, become sights I saw, sandy shells ashore to visit, aboard a temporary stay, everything much like the tide, comes and goes away, destinations come closer, as the distance shadows far, and who it is you used to be, is no longer who you are, mountains are all kneeling, the forests trees are bowed, up here I saw the sun still shines, even concealed by clouds, loss is like an autumn leaf, withstanding the breezes blow, the hardest bit is not it leaving, but just letting it go.
