Think back about 18 years (or more) ago if you lived in a smaller town or suburb what did your street look like around christmas time? I bet it was like mine every house lit up with christmas lights. I'm not talking some lights around the window's or off the overhang. I'm talking about people who put some though, consideration and EFFORT into doing a lights display.
