Huzzah, I finally updated Kenshin...Man, that took a while.
His jacket has a sort of flame design and his shoes...Well, I just decided to go nuts on it. Also added rings on his fingers.
The colors are by MS Paint and slightly fixed by Paint.Net....A much superior color editing program. I'm still tinkering with the latter but I can see it does make some pretty neat improvements. Thanks to Nik Hasta [link] for suggesting this.
Kenshin's new design may be influenced by...Well, any Big Brother in anime/manga as well as some influence by the Manga Crows or it's somewhat sequel Worst. I kind of like the fact these days in my writing, he's annoying to Maxtaro on purpose yet is a heck lot better in manners. Plus, he's also an ass kicking machine of his own right.

Not bad, not bad at all.
The proportions of his arms a bit out and your colours which need to be smoother. Lot of glitch-y looking bits in there that I know Paint.Net can help you remove.
Also, shading applies to colour as well!
