This is one of my favorite firefighter illustrations. When I went to the station to take the picture the sun was just starting to set and it was causing these shadows. I was worried about it at first, but when I started the illustration, the shadows actually made it more dramatic. I used this art in the San Diego Fire Expo 93 t-shirt design.
