This is Otter

Atoll’s soldiers killed his sibs so Otter is out for his blood.

In the end, he does succeed in his vengeance, and meets a SeaWing named Aethia along the way. They fall in love and get married after the whole thing.

He lacks the most powerful abilities of his tribes, but he’s fine with it, and so is Aethia, and that makes Otter even more fine with it.

I don’t know, he’s probably just going to live with his wife and kids and try to forget he murdered his half-brother

Also, Aethia is probably a cool gray-blue with pale wings, underbelly, and feather like markings, as well as dark patterns on her wings and gills.

He received his scars from when he tried chase the SkyWings away from his sibs, but they wounded him, and knocked him unconscious.

He lived with his three younger sibs and mostly raised them, although they were all kind of raised by a witch doctor SandWing LeafWing hybrid with a crippled wing, who mostly just taught them to speak, read, write, cook, hunt and some first-aid type stuff.
