Taizo speed doodle

I did this drawing for the sake of saying that I drew today. Kinda had to get that box checked off before the end of the day. I can instantly see some flaws I made, from the shape of the head and the vertical leg. I felt like it looked pretty ugly. And that's the reason why I'm uploading it - sometimes I don't get as much practice in as I desire just because I fear the ending result looking super ugly. This kinda helps me to over come that fear bit by bit as I go along. 

Anywho, I kinda was apprehensive to drawing the sub because I had no idea how I was going to do that. I told myself "break it down into a simple shape." So I drew a football shape to start off the submarine and a short rectangle for the knuckles/fingers and just slowly added some lines for detail here and there. Welp, that's all the commentary I have for now, would appreciate any feedback or encouragement if any. Night ppl !
