Rainmeter

Another month went past and another one begins. And with the arrival of December, submissions for the December SOTM are now open. In hopes of increasing the number of suggestions per month, we have decided to remove all but one rule for you suggesters: the suggestion must be a Rainmeter skin (or a suite of skins). We will take care of ensuring all the other requirements are met.
